- Claims must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com within 14 days from the date the merchandise was received.
- Any claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Photographic evidence of the broken / imperfect items must be provided along with the written claim.
- Upon approval of the claim, customers may choose from the following options:
- Leave the credit on file for future ordering.
- Be issued a refund check, which may take up to 30 days to process.
- If available, have replacements shipped at no cost.
