Exceptions

  • If you receive incorrect items or items you did not order, upon confirmation of the error, DishCo SF will send you the correct merchandise at no cost to you or issue a credit/refund for the affected merchandise.

  • If you receive broken or overly imperfect items as a part of your shipment, considerations for credit/refund will be made under the following conditions:
  1. Claims must be made in writing and sent to orders@dishcosf.com within 14 days from the date the merchandise was received.
  2. Any claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.
  3. Photographic evidence of the broken / imperfect items must be provided along with the written claim.
  4. Upon approval of the claim, customers may choose from the following options:
  1. Leave the credit on file for future ordering.
  2. Be issued a refund check, which may take up to 30 days to process.
  3. If available, have replacements shipped at no cost.
